Blueberry Jam
Healthy tasty homemade blueberry jam
Ingredients: 4-1/2 cups fresh blueberries 1/3 cup lime juice 1/2 cup water 1 T grated lime rind 1 package powdered pectin 4 cups sugar or (sucanat opt)
Directions: Bring to a boil in large pan: blueberries, lime juice, water, pectin and lime rind. Stir constantly over high heat. Add sugar or sucanat and while stirring bring to another rolling boil. For one minute boil constantly while stirring. Remove from heat and skin foam off if needed. Pour into clean jars and seal.
