Blueberry Syrup
A healthy delicious homemade syrup no preservatives
Ingredients: 1/2 cup sugar or (sucanat opt) 1/4 cup water 1 T cornstarch or (arrowroot opt) 2 tsp lemon juice 2 cup blueberries
Directions: Combine sucanat or sugar with arrowroot or cornstarch in saucepan. Add water, lemon juice and cook on low on top of stove until thickened Stir occasionally. Watch so it doesn't burn. Stir in blueberries.
